Total disaster - never collected a delivery from the supplier, never told me they have not collected it (apparently they had no space on the van) then did nothing to step up and get me the goods. Ended up delivering 5 days late and just didn’t care. Update - spoke too soon, you messaged me this morning to tell me that you'd still not delivered it all, and left one box on the truck, that you're now re-arranging delivery for ! Absolute joke.
