Really good at keeping informed as to date of delivery - and on the day on keeping informed how far away they were.As with all couriers I regularly deal with, a shame that they can not narrow the window down until the day before - so still have to take the day off work....Shame the items were just 'abandoned' in the middle of the garage.In summary, no worse than any other company I have had deliver to me - and somewhat better in keeping informed on the day
