After being severely let down by Parcelforce, item delayed, lost, then returned to original sender, I had enough of a diabolical service.Then I found Proovia and from initial contact to delivery, I never encountered any problems at all. Item was collected at the correct time and date and delivered at the correct time and date. Item was in perfect condition and no damage whatsoever. Delivery drivers were polite, courteous and placed item where it was to go.Yes, slightly more expensive than Parcelforce, but the service was second to none and stress free. But it was a relief to find a company that does what it says and care about their customers. Take note Parcelforce!I definitely recommend and will use Proovia in the future.
