It was a difficult delivery because the sofa was so big. It had to be brought in through the conservatory as the living room door was too narrow. One of the delivery duo was struggling with the sofa's weight. They said they were not allowed to remove packing materials. We are now left with piles of textiles, foam sheets, bubble wrap to cart to the recycling centre. The delivery evidently took longer than they had anticipated, which occasioned complaints about being back very late this evening.
