Only giving 1 star as I can't leave zero stars. Used Proovia to deliver a garden set and they damaged the corner of the table on the way to the customer, so they rejected it. I then had to pay to have it returned to me, and they broke the glass on the table top bringing it back. Will never use again, avoid - you have been warned !!Update - despite the glossy, professional reply on Trustpilot saying they are sorry the claims team have been anything but professional. They cant be contacted by phone, only email and I've been trying for 3 weeks to recover my costs and to get some compensation for the £2000 garden set they damaged but I'm just getting ignored - dreadful company !!
