No questions, no delays, no arguments!Proovia kept me up to date with every step - collection, estimated delivery timeslot, updates as the delivery slot changed slightly, plus a map showing the position of the delivery vehicle.Arrived with 20 minutes of the original timeslot end - this is in Greater London on a rainy Monday!Very impressed!They arrived towards the end of the schedule
