The admin aspect of the delivery was atrocious. Having made an initial email inquiry to establish a price I was informed by return of a number of options from which I chose the Eco option and paid. I was then flooded by Proovia branded emails encouraging me to click on the ‘Book Here’ button which I did. Unfortunately, the software made me fill out the performa and unknown to me had registered another ‘Order No’. This duplication caused potential serious consequences and resulted in the inexperienced support person to become very defensive And extremely rude.Her handling of the incident has convinced me NEVER to use this company again and I urge potential customers to think again before they commit to this arrogant, rude and defensive company.
