I like the price and the ease of making arrangements. It cost far less than doing it with a van myself and I didn't have to lift a thing but and its a BIG BUT. For an outfit that represents itself as professional movers, they suck. I had 2 tall fridges to move. On pick up, I had to stop them laying them flat (you never, ever lay fridges and freezers flat. It can mess up the coolant loop. Any Currys/AO etc delivery driver will confirm this)Next day, only 1 fridge turned up and the driver wasn't interested in helping. They also tried to lay it flat to get it off the van and into the house.I had to ring up and ask where the 2nd fridge was and they speedily arranged next day delivery. But guess how they tried to deliver it; Yup. By laying it flat.Both fridges work after 24 hours standing but I hate to think of the discussion if there had been a problem.Good for moving solid things (settee, chairs, tables, beds etc) but dangerous to stuff that needs to be moved properly. I wonder what they would make of a washing machine. Would thy even know about retaining the bars required to prevent damage.I'll use them again but only for heavy/simple stuff
