Had a sofa collected from London for delivery to Weymouth, sofa arrived damaged and without the electrical cables for the recliner and the brackets that connect it. Delivery drivers didn’t speak English and had no clue what we were asking for. Proovia paid compensation to the seller for the sofa but not my courier fee. So I’m out of pocket and had to pay another company to dispose of the sofa that was unusable. Zero stars would be more appropriate. Avoid this company at all costs. Customer services uninterested and claims department just rude. Cowboy company
