Shiply used third party Good Fellas/Proovia to courier a dressing table I had won on an auction lot. The dressing table was in good condition, standing on all 4 legs with a glass top. When it reached me the dressing table was missing two legs, completely sheared off and no glass top. It’s unusable, they won’t reply and I’m over £200 lighter with an unusable dressing table. The delivery drivers were clearly embarrassed and I felt for them however when I went to the van the dressing table had been completely unsecured standing on 3 legs. They sent me a photo at the auction house of one of the legs missing, the auction house had said this happened when the couriers moved it. Either way I was not notified and no contact attempt was made. They then broke off a second leg getting it out the van and no glass top in sight. Please be careful, an awful , costly experience.
