The delivery driver and assistant were absolutely excellent, I could not fault them. They were polite, efficient, helpful and careful with both the sofa and the delivery. The company, let me down with the delivery date and moved it back a day at short notice, which meant a lot of wasted time. But the people delivering were excellent.
