Awful service by the company. Paid to have a recliner chair picked up and delivered in one piece. Courier asked seller to dismantle into two pieces to get through door. He explained that it needed to be in one piece due to me recently having major surgery and living on my own. Seller was assured the delivery would be assembled at mine. They can’t even get the name right. Mr Lee my late husband sadly passed away two years ago. Disgusting.It wasn’t and the company say their policy is not to do this, I was left with two pieces of chair unable to assemble it. At no point was I told this wasn’t part of the service, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Avoid at all costs.
