The delivery driver said left the parcel next to the trampoline. I came home 2 min after and the parcel wasn’t there. Had to call driver and kept saying that he was already 1 h away and to call his office. I insisted because I wasn’t happy with this and asked to my parcel to be delivered to my home. Driver appeared minutes after. So in general, felt like he was actually taking the piss and trying to steal my parcel. Not good as I also went late to pick up my daughter in nursery because this incident. Totally unacceptable
