I ordered a rear bumper panel for a car from a vehicle breakers eBay, and had great communication from Proovia, I had to change the delivery address as I wasn’t home during the 3 hour time slot given, it was delivered to my place of work and I received a call from the driver to say that he was leaving it there, I was surprised to find that it hadn’t any packaging but it was in good condition without any issues. Good communication and prompt delivery. Can’t get fairer than that !
