It was a frustrating procedure- initially a good system of them putting it out there for couriers to contact me with quotes. Once I accepted a quote it all got a lot more complicated - receiving lots of overlapping and confusing communications from 3 different agents - ending up very frustrated. However, they were very apologetic and delivery was made on time and the 2 guys who delivered my doors were hero's bringing them into the house as they were much heavier than we anticipated. Thanks for a great service lads. It was just a pity there were too many communications needing repeated info and causing me rather more stress than Id been promised ie 'stress free deliveries'
