Paid for premium service. First appointment for pick up was a no show- "van too full". They rearranged without recourse to me so had to adjust that as wasn't available. First drop off appointment was another no show, this time "van broke down". Finally delivered at the next appointment by can't speak or won't speak people. Felt pretty uncomfortable. Looked good on paper but based on this first experience, will also be my last. If your time/ item is important to you, consider other options.The reply is appreciated- thanks for responding to my review. Just didn't work out on this occasion.
