Absolutely disgraceful experience.I paid extra on top of the normal delivery, to have a treadmill taken upstairs.This was after a failed collection two days before, due to their van being full.It went from bad to worse.The delivery guys refused point blank to take the treadmill upstairs, stating they wasn't paid by the company to do the extra work. They had a very aggressive attitude and tbh I was glad when they went. The treadmill was dumped outside my front door. This is about as bad a delivery service as you could wish to have.
