Firstly I got an email to say when it would be delivered with the option to change times or location.Then on the day I got an email with an accurate time slot and a tracking to see how far away it was. I also got a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery for final confirmation.The parcel was quite heavy but the delivery drivers moved the parcel to exactly where I wanted it, not just left at the front door like a few do.
