Their location map showed them an hour away and then they arrived in 5 minutes so I missed them. We paid a circa £50 premium for a bed to be wrapped and also delivered to the first floor. But there was no wrapping and they dumped it and left without speaking to me.They forgot to deliver the valance, which is still in their truck.I tried to call them. I waited in a queue for almost 30 minutes, and when I got to the front of the queue there was just silence and eventually the line went dead.
