Sofa picked up and successfully delivered in one piece. Friendly delivery drivers who were careful bringing the sofa in and put it into place for me. The online tracking system that you can click through to from the messages and emails only shows what’s happened so far (e.g. sofa picked up) but it would be helpful to be able to see estimated drop off day and time as well.
