They changed the delivery date three times. Had numerous emails sent to me which were clearly for other customers. They changed the delivery time twice. Every email was signed by a different person, but they did respond which is a positive. The two men who delivered my item could not or would not speak English. Consequently, the delivery was very brief and painful! Took almost a week to get my item when they initially stated it would be two or three days.
