Communication was good, and they arrived at both places when they said they would. The drivers however refused to deliver the final two parts of the wardrobe to the first floor room requested, despite me, the booker, asking them to. Also, we had given prior information that it was a delivery to a first floor room (with a lift!). I would not recommend using this company.
