Excellent thank you! The collection and delivery of parcel was arranged by someone else, as I had bought a large item from them online. The gentleman used Proovia as the courier because he had prior knowledge of them and how good a service they provided and I was delighted that he did, as my sister has used their service on many occasions and has always been 100% impressed. The large parcel was collected when it was supposed to be. It had obviously been very well looked after during it's time with Proovia as it arrived in perfect, unmarked condition. It was also delivered well within the time slot which I was provided with. I would gladly use the company to arrange the delivery of anything which I needed to send and I'm very happy to recommended them!
