Absolutely shocking service, avoid this company at all costs. They have zero duty of care for your belongings and employ rude, unprofessional drivers.This is a business address, and we specifically requested they either turn up after 11:15am or at least give us an hour’s notice, they promised they would do that. Instead, they turned up at 8:30am without warning.I was assured my items would be handled with care and protected with blankets. What actually happened? They dumped other items directly on top of my leather chairs without any blanket or protection at the back of the lorry, causing serious damage to every single one of leather chairs.Their staff were outright rude, even demanding that my staff climb into their lorry to unload the chairs. My staff aren’t insured for this, completely unacceptable.This company has no professionalism, no respect, and no idea how to treat customers.
