Item was due to be delivered Saturday when I was off. Delivery changed to Thursday. I said ok but when I’m home from work, if not please leave at back door and cover as it is a 209 year old writing desk and weather may not suit. It was left in front of house not covered and rained upon as I was at work. What’s the point in asking for information prior to delivery plus an extra space to put comment to manager if you ignore it? I paid almost £100 for this delivery. Very disappointing service
