If I could leave no stars I would.I have never encountered such a rude and aggressive delivery team.Everything was going smoothly and professionally, I was receiving constant updates as to where the crew were and their ETA.Then it went wrong, I received a notification that they were 7 minutes away, but it was another 45 minutes before they arrived! On arrival, they looked at my front door and said it would be impossible to get the item in, I explained that it could be bought in via the patio doors at the rear of the property, but they refused to even go and look to see if this was a solution. We do currently have scaffolding at the front and side of the property, but there was more than enough room to bring the item in.It was a long, thin bespoke cabinet to house vinyl records, and yet a different courier company were able to safely deliver a 2 and a 3 seater sofa without any problem just a week before! The driver shouted at me in an aggressive tone, at which point I thought, I don't want you in my home and asked them to leave the cabinet on the front drive. My wife arrived home from work a couple of hours later and we managed to get the cabinet in, via the patio doors, with absolutely no issue whatsoever. As disappointed as I was, after having read the reviews on here, all I can say is having seen the damage their crews have caused to some peoples homes, I am actually very glad that they didn't attempt to bring it indoors! If you have a choice of courier, avoid these at all costs, whilst there might be some good people working there, they did employ this crew, who shouldn't be anywhere near a customer service facing job as their attitude was appalling. If you're ordering a large item from a company, I would strongly recommend you check which courier company they use and if it's Proovia then either advise you don't want them or shop with a company that doesn't use them.
