Mixed experience. The positives were definitely important- a good and speedy quote (via Shiply) and the item being couriered was collected and delivered without any damage. The three star review is simply because the firm cancelled on the due delivery date and asked me to re-book. Delivery the following day went without a hitch but obviously the failure to make the original date, and the late notice given of this was disappointing. The firm did apologise for the inconvenience.
