The communication about the delivery was outstanding. The courier was courteous, helpful, and considerate of our home. However, the item arrived completely soaked, despite it not raining at the time and the short distance from the van to our house. It appears that the item may have been unloaded at a previous stop to reach another package and was left exposed to the rain before being reloaded. Therefore, while this service seems efficient, the experience this time didn't warrant a higher rating.
