Not a great experience—updated now that the transaction has concluded. The concept is good and might work for very simple transactions, but there were several issues. The main problem is that this service does not effectively manage the solicitors. We only gained progress by escalating to the managing partner on our side. Additionally, the solicitors were average at best, leading to last-minute scrambles despite the 'pack' being supposedly complete. I provided the requested information, but their response was to cease communication with us.
