Like many people here, I paid for a one-time report and then ended up getting billed monthly. I noticed after 5 months (there were a lot of other transactions on the card, so it's easy to overlook a $9.95 charge here and there) and contacted the company through live chat, phone call, and email. Each time, they "couldn't find my account" -- naturally, given that I never knowingly created an account to begin with! Even when looking up my credit card, they couldn't find the transactions. Reported to my bank and will hope that this review prompts action. A reminder: It is not legal to automatically enroll someone in a monthly charge after a one-time purchase!
