Had the unfortunate call with Kirk Carino from the quality control team, he was unbelievably unhelpful. His tone was high throughout the call! I requested a call back from him on which he said, he can't call me back. Pathetic customer service!! Not a problem solver. In my previous experience with the quality control team with Aya Mamdouh or Ahmed they have always given me a call back and has been always helpful.
