Although it took longer than first anticipated, this was partly due to a, seemingly unnecessary, spanner being thrown in the works from an initial lender, very limited time my end, and then me contesting the valuation provided by Opus Surveyors on behalf of the follow-up lender (if given the choice, AVOID Opus - they didn't respond directly or in good faith, imo, to a single point in my challenge). Matt was proactive in finding the alternative in the background, and really took the time to go above and beyond in answering my detailed questions and following-up with various people.
