I would like to say that this is the worst company I’ve seen. They have ridiculously terrible customer service. I was referred to this company by L&C mortgages who i have used for residential mortgages. I first called the company to speak to an advisor where I did and I was told that I would receive an email with further instructions and documents required. I did not receive the email and after two days I called back and I was told I would get the email sent out in 24 hours. I spoke to the same advisor who told me there was an error and he would send it. After 48 hours I received an email and within two hours I responded with all the documents. Since then I have sent two emails which I’ve had no response and I’ve also tried calling two times and no one has picked up the phone. I would not recommend anyone to work with these people as they have terrible customer serviceLast follow email I sent with no response was 27th AugI also did a separate enquiry from the website where I received an email from someone else who also never responded.
