Wow what a difference. The stacker car hauler was scary at 55 mph with sway hooked up to our F450 empty or loaded. Not now! 70 mph on the interstate passing cars and trucks with no issue Customer service is excellent. Mistakes can happen. For example we were sent the wrong length bolts with our original shipment. I called pro pride and Brent apologized for the mistake then sent new bolts immediately. Believe all the reviews that this product works as advertised with great customer service
