Product was delivered quickly and in great shape. I've never seen steel packaged so well. Instructional videos are excellent. Paper instructions cost $10, but were worth it. Any questions I had during the purchase and a follow-up have been answered quickly and completely. I haven't pulled my trailer anywhere yet, but am excited to try my ProPride3 out!
