This hitch is amazing, and as everything the company claims it to be. The stability and drive ability is out of this world. Especially in windy conditions, or when large vehicles pass going the other way, even if the trailer moves, there is very little to no input into the tow vehicle. Installation was fairly straightforward, and any questions that I had during the installation process was taken care of immediately by customer service. Customer Service is very responsive and were very helpful while both picking out the hitch and during installation. I would highly recommend.
