I had been putting off having some fairly major building work done on my house for years, mainly because I didn’t know who to trust. Through word of mouth I heard positive reports about ProProperty Ltd. Dean Staniland visited me in Autumn 2024 and we discussed the work I wanted doing. As my confidence grew, so did my demolition plans! I have just come out the other side with a completed project – new kitchen, stud walls taken down opening out the whole of downstairs, new French doors, the demolition of a rear porch, new electrics, plumbing, new radiators, flooring etc. I have moved from drab 1980s décor into the modern world and I am over the moon. The workforce that make up ProProperty Ltd has made this project quite painless. Adam was the project manager and totally on the ball. An 8+ week work schedule was stuck to the window and unusually for building work, they got ahead of schedule. This helped me know what was going to happen when. Everyone who came to do any aspect of this project showed professionalism and skill, attention to detail, they were polite, friendly, good humoured, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I could see how they just motored on day after day. The trust I put into ProProperty Ltd paid off and I am more than delighted about the end result, I’m ‘reyt chuffed’ as we might say in Sheffield!
