Part of the reason why I signed up for PropStream because of the landing page feature and the option to skip trace leads. Unfortunately, both have been a disappointment.The landing page feature has not worked for nearly two weeks, failing to deliver the contact information it is supposed to capture. Despite a support ticket being created and initially being told it'd get resolved in a few days, I’ve only received the runaround and no resolution, going on two weeks. I also paid extra for the list automation which is supposed to include skip tracing (which is why I paid extra). The data quality was extremely poor — many bad numbers and unusable leads.When I requested a refund, PropStream refused, citing “usage.” This is not a usage issue — it’s a performance failure. Their system did not deliver what I paid for, yet they are unwilling to stand behind their product.I’ve worked with many platforms in real estate and mortgage, and I expect hiccups from time to time. But when a company fails to deliver core features and refuses to make it right, that’s a serious red flag.If you’re considering PropStream, be cautious. Don’t expect responsive support or accountability if their tools don’t work as advertised.
