I bought an in-stock item on May 2. It was to arrive May 9. By June 16, the item has still not been shipped. I contacted the company ten different times via phone, emailed two different email addresses and sent multiple chat messages. After weeks of ignoring me, I received one reply stating they shipped my item on May 27 yet their website says the item is still processing. I have asked for tracking information multiple times with zero response from them. I finally had to contact my bank to put in a fraudulent claim for non-delivery of item.
