After getting a resume done from ProResumeHub prior to 6/21/23 I then requested a revised resume with the same work history, but this time I needed the references on a separate page in PDF format. So when all is said and done I'll have the PDF resume on one page and PDF references on a separate page. When I emailed support on 7/4/23 about this they answered ( On a holiday ! That was cool of them ! ) And I was previously told by Amelie my 65.00 package I have doesn't include unlimited revisions. I then went back to their website pricing and found that it does and sent her a screenshot. She never responded back. I was later contacted by Jade by email on 7/5/23 and I can only wonder what the words " Unlimited Revisions " mean to them because in that message he never addressed or resolved my concern as minor as it was. In other words he never confirmed that , " Hey I see what you mean. " Unlimited Revisions are on your 65.00 resume package. ". We'll get on that small revision you requested . " Should have it in X amount of days." But that didn't happen. Instead Jade sends me a lecture-type email on what services they can provide for me that had absolutely nothing to do with my concern which makes me doubt he even read my message. Even though they have a good product their Customer Service is lacking, and I regret choosing them for that reason. Customer Service is everything to me and in my opinion when you show a customer you're not listening , and you don't bother to follow up with a customer when they initially message you ( and at least offer an valid excuse for ignoring or forgetting you ) you're basically showing them that you don't care. Not a good look.
