Ordered 3 things which arrived in two separate packages. One package was strangely light by weight but I collected it anyway. Then at home my heart stopped when I discovered it arrived empty! Sealed, but empty.Proshop support was excellent. We compiled a form, I sent some footage of the empty box and they refunded my promptly.I would still buy from them.
