As part of Proskillz back office support, specifically their collections executive, I have been working closely with them for over a year now. I have built a lovely relationship with Hanifah over this time and she is so quick to help with any queries that arise with her clients. If I have any issues with chasing one of her clients, she will jump on it without hesitation and she always keeps me in the loop with payments due to made or anything else that might need my attention. From speaking with their clients via phone or email, you can tell that they really know their profession and building relationships are very important to them. Hanifah has been very caring towards me, personally and professionally, and they have set up very important drop in sessions for vulnerable people in their area.
