I took the time to connect via email and phone, but every time I received a message, it was only for someone to cover a role. After leaving a voicemail at the general number, I felt ignored. The lack of communication and follow-up was frustrating. I appreciate the agency, but some recruiters tarnish its reputation. I'm not a satisfied candidate.
