For us they filed a Trademark application and charged $350 per "class" for 5 classes = $1750 which I paiod. Although they did in fact file, they had a wrong description which they promised to change - but never did. They also called and asked us to pay more to defend the trademark which I declined.Three months later they called asking for another $925 per class x 5 classes to change the description and also because our company is more than 20 years old! Clearly a scam.
