Due to personal reasons I requested a refund on may 2nd, fast forward to may 9th, got multiple emails saying they are a refund friendly company, yet, when I explicitly ask for a refund they stop replying, been going like this since the 2nd. - Update with ticket numbers. second one is related to the same issue.36582183669664- Update 05/14/2025They downgraded my account to free, but didn't get my money back. Its a shame since the service itself is really good, but god forbid you need to reach support for anything. They reply once a day, if you are lucky.
