I forgot my extra proton password and needed to reset it. After creating a ticket to disable it, I wasn't helped for 5 hours. After being contacted, they wanted information about the services I used with my proton email. After giving the information, I haven't been responded to for over 6 hours. I don't have access to any of my passwords, and now I can't log in to many apps or services.
