Excellent company with fantastic service!

The manager Craig has been absolutely excellent in helping me purchase a Gibson guitar for my partner. Craig went above and beyond travelling from his area to where we are in Scotland to deliver the guitar personally, to avoid any delays due to postal strikes and to avoid any damage in transit. Craig has been absolutely excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to make a purchase in this store again. Excellent customer service!

Beautiful Guitar at great price

I just received a beautiful Epiphone Riviera from ProTone Music in Liverpool. This was sold to me at an outstanding price including the Epiphone hard case. Sounds and looks beautiful. Preowned 2021 model but absolutely spotless. I can’t thank Craig enough for getting the order processed so promptly and even taking it to the Parcelforce depot in his day off. Outstanding service.
