I too often get job details way after assignment has started or phone calls at 1/2am. We handle a lot of fastballs and emergency work in Texas but it doesn’t seem Protos values us enough with effective and timely communication. Plus we aren’t cheap and I do understand other companies as they will say yes for lower rates.
