I’ve had the worst experience with Provider.lk. Despite paying the renewal fee for my hosting service, they terminated my account and wiped all my data because of a minor delay. All of my data is non-recoverable! I’ve reached out to request a refund since I’m not getting any service, but their response has been less than helpful.Their terms are rigid and unfair. They’re quick to suspend and terminate your account without giving you a chance to fix things. And now they refuse to refund my payment for a service I can’t even use anymore!If you value your data and your sanity, stay far away from Provider.lk. They’re more interested in squeezing money out of you than providing a decent service. Absolutely unacceptable and disappointing. Never again!
