I’m currently taking only Proviscera & really focusing on mental health/well being. Keeping stress at a minimum. Getting daily exercise and sunlight. I cook all my food-no fast food/no alcohol/minimal carbs, lots of seafood and focusing on healthy/clean eating. I’ve been on Proviscera for 4 weeks started with Flare for 3 weeks and retook the assessment so with the recommendation I now have moved on to Repair, it’s been one week. I plan to move onto Care once that is available. The improvement has been significant. I am no longer having bloating or feeling of urgency. Having formed bowel movements and no blood after a couple weeks of starting. In turn it’s allowing me to have uninterrupted sleep at night which is a first in about a year. I do take psyllium husk daily and Magnesium Glycinate at night. Tart Cherry juice in the evening as well other than that no other supplements or medications (was on mesalamine for 6months & it didn’t help so I stopped it).
